With 23 years of professional experience and training in human resources management, she began her career at Grupo CRH – Consultoria e Recursos Humanos, dedicated to the management of contact centers and outsourcing, assuming different roles: she joined the group in 1999 as a Human Resources Technician , between 2001 and 2002 she was Human Resources Director and between 2004 and 2011 she took over the Commercial Department and the direct management of the 4 largest accounts of the group.
Between 2012 and 2014 she worked as a business consultant in training and technology companies.
She started his activity at Neves de Almeida HR Consulting, in 2014, as Commercial Director in the areas of Consulting, Executive Search, Talent Assessment, Training, Team building, and HR Digital.
In the last 7 years she has developed its commercial activity and client management in the following sectors:
