Francisco has a licentiate degree in Business Management from ISG, and is currently responsible for the business area of Executive Search of Neves de Almeida HR Consulting.
He started his professional career in 2002, at Deloitte, having developed an essentially financial career during the first 5 years. In 2007, he moved to the area of human resources, in which he worked for around 10 years at Ray Human Capital, with special focus on specialised recruitment and selection and talent management. His career also included a brief period at Michael Page.
At Neves de Almeida HR Consulting, he has had the opportunity to developed projects in the company’s areas of action in terms of Executive Search and Talent Management, in various activity sectors, such as Banking and Insurance, Energy & Utilities, Pharmaceutical, Mass Consumption, Industry, Real Estate, and Telecommunications, Media & Technology.
Francisco adores his family and friends, and occupies his leisure time with sports.
