Gonçalo has a licentiate degree in Business Organisation and Administration from ISG. He is a Partner of Neves de Almeida, leading the Consulting practice. Formerly, he worked in the area of Management and Strategic Consulting at Accenture (21 years) in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Angola, Mozambique and more recently in the USA, from where he returned about 2 ½ years ago.
Over the last 11 years, he has the opportunity of leading and developing various transformational projects of Integrated Management of Talent and Talent Development, in organisations of various sizes, such as: Cushman & Wakefield, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Sonangol EP, EDP, National Social Security Institute of Angola, SONAE, Capital Market Commission, Sociedade Mineira de Catoca, Jerónimo Martins, Sumol+Compal, Lidl, Somincor and Cerealis.
