Neves de Almeida HR Consulting has just launched the opening of registrations for the 5th edition of the largest free national study on satisfaction, climate and organizational involvement – The Excellence Index 2020 (IE2020), in partnership with Human Resources Portugal, Executive Digest and ISCTE Executive Education
In a period of progressive recovery of economic activity, but in which the pandemic risk still persists, as well as the uncertainty of how it will evolve, it is increasingly relevant to reflect and internalize the learning that this context taught us, and to understand the impacts that it is having the most relevant asset of organizations – its human capital.
Adjusted to the context and respective challenges, the 5th edition of the Excellence Index provides an assessment of the complex dimension of human capital in an organizational context and an understanding of the relevance of people to a global strategy and the future of the organization.
